Why is Anthony sentenced to 35 Years in Prison?

Shalom brother Rudy,

More specifically I'm in jail for exposing some corrupt judges, attorneys and the FBI for not doing anything about it even though I went personally several times to the FBI and had clients also go in person and make complaints. I then filed several lawsuits against those judges, Attorney Generals office, State of Hawaii, Georgia, the FBi and two agents Megan Crawley and Joseph Lavelle. Eight months after filing my lawsuit against the FBI and those 2 agents I was charged by the FBI for allegedly making false statements to clients via email and mail and charged with mail and wire fraud. The original search warrant and arrest warrant was for mortgage fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, wire fraud and mail fraud. After the took all of my files from my offices and went through all of my bank accounts and couldn't find any evidence of a crime, the US Attorneys office in Miami declined prosecution because they could not see where I had committed a crime. However, the FBI in Hawaii got the same files that were taken from Florida and filed the same charges in Hawaii but could only get the US Attorneys to prosecute me for mail and wire fraud. During the trial the prosecutors never presented evidence of what lie or misrepresentation in the email or mail that would constitute mail and wire fraud.

If people will read the parts of the transcript that you have posted on the sight they can see for themselves how ridiculous my conviction was. They did this to try and shut me up and prevent me from posting more videos and putting up more websites to expose them and continue to help the people exercise their rights.

The Florida charge of Grand Theft and unlawful filing of documents was because I was also exposing the foreclosure fraud and filed several lawsuits against a few judges and was arrested for fighting a foreclosure for a client who had been living in the house for 8 years and they charged both of us with grand theft of his house but told him if he testified against me that he didn't know about the documents I filed to fight his foreclosure that he wouldn't do any prison time and that's what he did and never did a day in prison.

At trial no one accused me of grand theft and the detective John Calabro who charged me and arrested me for the charges, the state prosecutors refused to call him to the witness stand to testify against me. I told pseudo judge Andrew Seigel that I have a 6th Amendment right to face my accuser and he was the only one who accused me of this crime. Siegel said that the State didn't have to call him if they didn't want to so I then stated that I would call him as an adverse witness since his name was on the witness list and Siegel denied me that right.

The reason the state refused to put him on the stand because they knew what questions I was going to ask him and it would have exposed him as a liar, a racist and that he sexually harassed my white girlfriend at the time and I had proof of it and would have presented it along with the 30 other false charges he attempted to charge me with but were dismissed by his own supervisor such as unlicensed mortgage broker, driving without proper tags, resisting arrest without violence, running a stop sign, fraudulent simulation of legal process, eaves dropping in the courtroom, driving without a license, criminal impersonation of a police officer, mortgage fraud and a host of other bogus charges which I would have proven constituted harassment and discrimination.

This is WHY I'm in jail notwithstanding the fact that they prohibited me from using the Bible, mentioning the Father and saviors name, citing the constitution or any US Supreme Court rulings, Blacks Law dictionary or anything that I could use to prove I had the lawful authority to do what I was doing in helping people in and out of court.

This is a brief synopsis if why I'm in jail when I haven't committed a crime. Thanks again for all of you and Erin's support.
